Please read this Posting Policy carefully and do not use the Services or the Site if you do not accept all of the Terms.

Introduction

Welcome to www.KashADS.com ("KashADS"). By accessing KashADS.com you are agreeing to the terms and conditions (Terms of Use) along with the Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, Posting Policy and all other policies applicable to your access and use of the website at www.KashADS.com (a “Site”).

KashADS.com is a community in which members can Buy, Sell and advertise the Services they offer. Buy and Sell Offers can be advertised in over 1200 categories, while your Directory Listings can be posted in over 410 categories. Rapid growth on the international arena through constant innovation has made KashADS.com one of the largest websites on the worldwide market, with thousands of users/members visiting the site on a daily basis – but we are not stopping on our achievements. It has a global presence, operating in over 130 countries.

Learning what’s allowed can help you avoid breaking the rules, avoid your Buy, Sell, and Directory Listing including your Profile to be suspended or removed without notice and helps everyone to have a great experience. Our policies are designed to create a safe and fair environment for users/members using KashADS.

General

You may not post, offer to buy or sell any item that is restricted or prohibited by a state or local law in any country or jurisdiction. Please be aware that KashADS.com website (a "Site") does not allow to offer to buy, sell or to post item that may be prohibited because of laws outside of the jurisdiction where you reside. Below, we have listed some categories of prohibited or restricted items and services. However, this list is not exhaustive; you, as the buyer and the seller, are responsible for ensuring that you are not offering to buy, posting an item for sale or offering services that are prohibited by law in any jurisdiction.

KashADS.com has chosen to also prohibit the posting of other categories of items which may not be restricted or prohibited by law but are nonetheless controversial including:

• Bonds, investment interests, stocks and other securities;
• Contests, giveaways, lotteries or raffles;
• Items and/or services that put another person(s) in a danger and/or loosing life;
• Items that are racially, religiously or ethnically derogatory;
• Items that do not offer a product or service for sale, such as advertisements solely for the purpose of collecting user information;
• Items that encourage illegal activities;
• Items that promote hatred, violence, racial or religious intolerance;
• Materials of pornographic nature or items that is sexual in nature.

1. Adult and pornographic material 

1.1.The posting of, offering for sale, or offering for purchase of pornographic materials is strictly prohibited, as it violates laws in most countries.

1.2.KashADS.com prohibits items depicting bestiality, incest, rape sex, or sex with degradation or graphic violence.

2. Alcohol 

2.1. KashADS.com prohibits sale of any alcohol or alcoholic drinks on the Site due to age restrictions and licensing laws. 

3. Ammunition, firearms, knives and weapons 

3.1. Due to safety concerns as well as national and international laws, no guns or ammunition can be sold on the Site. 

3.2.KashADS.com does not permit the posting of, offering for sale, or offering to purchase airguns, BB guns, harpoons, paintball guns, replica guns, silencers, stun guns, spear guns, or any other weapons that may discharge a projectile containing any gas, chemicals or explosive substances.

3.3.The posting of, offering for sale, or offering to purchase any arms, ammunitions, military ordnance, weapons (including explosive weapons) and/or any related parts or accessories is strictly prohibited on the Site. Such activity will result in your account being suspended and details submitted to law enforcement agencies and authorities.

3.4.Any servicing, instruction, processing, or aid to producing any biological, chemical or nuclear weapons, or any other Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) or their known associated agents, is strictly prohibited by international law and is accordingly prohibited on the Site. Any violation of this policy will result in the notification of government authorities by KashADS.com and your account being suspended without notice.

3.5. The posting of, offering for sale or offering to purchase any bladed hand-held devices, disguised knives, gravity knifes, knuckledusters (bladed or not) and switchblade knives is not permitted as these are classed as weapons.

4. Animal parts, animal and wildlife products 

4.1.The posting of, offering for sale, or offering to purchase any animal (including any animal parts which may include bones, claws, internal organs, ivory, pelts, shells, skins, teeth, tusks and other parts) protected by the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES) or any other local law or regulation, is strictly forbidden on the Site.

4.2.The posting of, offering for sale or offering to purchase products made from cats or dogs, including fur, meat, pelts or skins, is prohibited on the Site.

4.3.The posting of, offering for sale, or offering to purchase shark fins and products made from any part of shark fins, is prohibited on the Site.

5. Artefacts 

5.1.The trade of cultural relics (including personal collection relics), gold, silver, other precious metals, rare animals and their products from the PRC to foreign (non-PRC) parties is strictly prohibited under PRC law and is prohibited on the Site.

5.2.Artefacts, cultural relics, historical grave markers and related items are protected under the laws of the PRC, the United States and other jurisdictions, and may not be posted or sold through the Site.

6. Cable and satellite TV descramblers 

6.1. Descramblers or other items that can be used to gain unauthorized access to data, internet access, telephone, television programming (such as cable and satellite TV) or other protected, restricted or premium services, are prohibited. It includes the following items: Descramblers, Hardware or Software DSS Emulators, Smart Cards and Smart Card Programmers. 

7. Counterfeit currency, stamps, trademarks and other replica items 

7.1.Counterfeits, unauthorized replicas (such as handbags, watches, or other accessories) or unauthorized copies (such as copies of movies, music albums, photographs, television programmes, software programs or video games) are not permitted on KashADS.com. Unauthorized copies include (but are not limited to) copies that are backed-up, bootlegged, duplicated or pirated.

7.2.Reproductions or replicas of coins as collectible items must be clearly marked with the word "COPY", "REPRODUCTION", "REPLICA" or as otherwise required under local law.

7.3.KashADS strictly forbids the sale and purchase of counterfeit currency and stamps, coins, bank notes, bonds, money orders and other securities, as well as the equipment used to produce such items.

8. Credit / debit cards 

8.1. Credit or debit cards cannot lawfully be transferred from one person to another. Therefore the posting of, offering for sale of, or offering to purchase such items is prohibited on the Site. 

9. Dangerous and hazardous materials 

9.1.The posting of any products containing harmful substances (e.g. toys containing lead paint) is not permitted on the Site.

9.2. The posting, offering for sale or offering to purchase dangerous or hazardous materials (such as the categories of dangerous goods as defined under the International Maritime Dangerous Goods Code) is not permitted on the Site. 

10. Drugs, associated drug paraphernalia, prescription drugs and devices 

10.1. The listing or sale of drug paraphernalia, including all items that are primarily intended or designed for use in manufacturing, concealing or using a controlled substance, is strictly forbidden on the Site. Such items include, but are not limited to, those items used for the ingestion of illicit substances including pipes, such as water pipes, carburettor pipes, chamber pipes, ice pipes, bongs, etc.

10.2. The listing or sale of narcotics, steroids, poppy seeds, poppy seed products or other controlled substances (including all drugs listed in Schedules I, II, III, IV or V of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act, 21 U.S.C. 801 et seq.) is strictly forbidden on the Site.

10.3. As drugs are banned through legislation, KashADS.com prohibits the sale of items whose sole use is for the consumption of drugs.

10.4. KashADS.com prohibits the sale of prescription drugs, including over-the counter items.

10.5. KashADS.com does not permit the posting of psychotropic drugs, narcotics and unauthorized medical devices.

11. Ethically or racially offensive material 

11.1. Postings that are ethnically and/or racially offensive are prohibited on the Site. Sellers and buyers must ensure that any wording used portrays appropriate sensitivity to those who might read it in their Profiles, Buy, Sell and Directory postings, and when they are offering or purchasing potentially offensive items or services.

11.2. KashADS.com prohibits any materials promoting Nazism, etc. KashADS.com encourages all members to treat others as they themselves would like to be treated. 

12. E-Tickets, event tickets, domains and online accounts 

12.1. The posting of, offering for sale of or offering to purchase e-tickets, domains and online accounts, is prohibited as these are classed as digital products which can not be transferred to the new owner

13. Faces, names and signatures 

13.1. Items containing the likeness, image, name or signature of another person are prohibited, unless the products were made or authorized by the person whose likeness, image, name or signature has been used.

14. Foods 

14.1. The posting of, offering for sale of or offering to purchase sexual enhancements is prohibited on the Site. 

15. Fireworks 

15.1. Listing fireworks is not allowed on the Site 

16. Government IDs, licences and uniforms 

16.1. KashADS.com prohibits the posting of, offering for sale of, or offering to purchase:

• 16.1.1. articles of clothing or identification that claim to be, or appear similar to, official government uniforms;
• 16.1.2. fake identification cards or any items that are designed for the manufacture of such cards and Items that claim to be, or appear similar to, official government identification documents or licenses, such as birth certificates, driver’s licenses, visas or passports. 

17. Human parts and remains 

17.1. KashADS.com prohibits the posting of, offering for sale of or offering to purchase any humans, the human body or any human body parts.

18. Job Postings 

18.1. Since KashADS.com is not a recruitment website. Any job postings through which a factory/company/institute aims to directly recruit employees are prohibited on the Site.

19. Lottery tickets 

19.1. Due to the laws of the UK, Republic of Ireland and other countries, the sale of lottery tickets is forbidden on KashADS.com.

20. Mailing list and personal information 

20.1. The posting or sale of bulk email or mailing lists that contain personally identifiable information including addresses, email addresses, fax numbers, names and phone numbers, is strictly prohibited. Also prohibited is software or other tools which are designed or used to send unsolicited commercial email (i.e. "spam").

21. Stocks and other securities 

21.1. KashADS.com does not permit the posting of, offering for sale, or offering to purchase bonds, credit, investment interests, stocks or other securities.

22. Stolen property and items 

22.1. The posting or sale of stolen property is strictly forbidden on the Site, and violates international law. Stolen property includes items taken from private individuals, as well as property taken without authorization from companies or governments.

23. Tobacco products 

23.1. The posting of any tobacco products, including chewing tobacco, cigarette tobacco, cigarettes, cigars, hookah tobacco, pipe tobacco and tobacco leaf is forbidden on the Site.

23.2. The posting of liquids and nicotine for use in electronic cigarettes is forbidden on the Site.

24. Unauthorized copies of intellectual property 

24.1. The posting of, offering for sale of, or offering to purchase unauthorized (backup, bootleg, duplicated, pirated, etc.) copies of movies, music albums, photographs, software programs, television programs, video games or other protected works is forbidden on the Site.

25. Unlocking hardware, software and unlocking services 

25.1. The posting of, offering for sale of, or offering to purchase unlocked electronic and other devices including games, mobile phones, tablets and TV receivers, is strictly prohibited on the Site.

25.2. The sale of unlocking hardware, software and unlocking services is not allowed on KashADS.com. 

26. Used clothing and cosmetics 

26.1. Used undergarments may not be listed or sold on the Site. Other used clothing may be listed, so long as the clothing has been thoroughly cleaned.

26.2. The posting of, offering for sale of, or offering to purchase used cosmetics is prohibited on the Site.
